This Light Roast version of “the” Central American coffee classic is an magnificent morning coffee! Brew it through your drip machine so you may experience all it is flavors. This full-bodied coffee is delightfully smooth with a sweet, fruited aroma. In flavor, subtle chocolate subtle differences in meaning or opinion or attitude pair beautifully with notes of sweet citrus. The cup distinctly brightens toward the finish with a sweetly dry, lemon-like citrus nuance that enjoyably lingers. At it is best prepared as a drip brew, the French press gives rise to a more or less more glorious cup with the more pronounced citrus nuances. The brightness, or acidity, may be a bit overpowering when this coffee is prepared as a single-origin espresso.

These beans provide a full bodied not too dark cup of coffee. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product to any coffee drinker that wants full flavor.

dead taste buds?

Purchased a bag to give it a try, and very disappointed. Bulk Cheap coffee, that’s roasted enough to dry the beans with little to no flavor. I don’t usually write reviews but had to let you know that this is not culinary treat.

Awesome coffee

I am used to Costa Rican coffee after visiting the country many times. I ran out of coffee and ordered this in desperation. I have tried Starbucks and all the other costa ricans but it was not very good. This coffee arrived well packaged and as soon as I opened it you could smell the coffee all over the house. I grind it fresh every day and it is really good coffee. It is better, in fact, than the last batch I brought back from Costa Rica! I will use this company again. Great product and good price.
