5Simple, delicious, healthy

Not only are Elizabeth’s recipes healthy, they’re also delicious! I never thought I would like raw kale, but “My Favorite Raw Salad” is so tasty, I’m actually excited about eating a big healthy bowl of raw kale. Seriously. If you’re interested in eating healthy but also want food that tastes GREAT, check this book out.

5Best cookbook I’ve ever bought!

As an acupuncturist that specializes in women’s health and nutrition, I am constantly looking for good resources for my patients. It’s hard to find a comprehensive cookbook that’s low glycemic, gluten-free, vegetarian, and mostly vegan. This book was exactly what I needed! I’ve already made the Cauliflower, Leek & Garlic soup twice and it’s absolutely delicious. My patients love it, and I can’t wait to try absolutely every recipe in the book! 5from Delicious Blog to AMAZING COOKBOOK ! ! ! !

A friend led me to follow Elizabeth Rider’s blog and her advice was priceless! I’ve been anticipating the release of WholeEating Cookbook and she continues to impress me. The cookbook is well formatted and filled with lots of wonderful recipes that are easy to do at home. What I love is that the recipes are quite nutritious, gluten-free, low-glycemic and delicious!

My girlfriends and I are already planning a dinner party where we are making a meal exclusively using recipes from WholeEating Cookbook. Nicely done including a section on beverages. :) Can’t wait to get cooking!!!!
