You will need:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup sugar or equivalent honey or sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
  • 2 cups fresh fruit, peeled, de-seeded and chopped
  • Lemon or lime wedges, to garnish

How to make it:

Combine the water and fruit in a blender, and then pour this mixture into a pitcher, through a sieve. Stir in the lemon or lime juice and add sugar or sweetener to taste. Garnish the pitcher with a wedge of lemon or lime and serve with a great deal of ice. If you do not have ice, you may chill the water and fruit before pureeing it, so the drink is cold.
