What ever happen to TUNA in the can. SOLID use to mean SOLID. WHITE use to mean WHITE. The cans are smaller the price is more expensive. My biggest complaint is the ADDITIVES. Soy proteins or something has been added, you can’t just drain the water off anymore. You have to rinse and rinse and when you done you have a miserable mess of NOT SOLID, NOT VERY WHITE tuna. This brand is not as bad as COS or STARKIST. I am going to try a natural Tongol tuna next time. A little more expensive but ……… hopefully better that this.

Another top brand began tasting funky long before oil spills, so I’ve used only Bumble Bee for years. With the best reputation, they dont even seem to advertise-best tasting tuna that can be used for salad or in any recipe requiring tuna fish. Amazon’s case sale price made this a no brainer purchase. Thanks Amazon!!

Buy tuna at the GROCERY STORE!…when on SALE!!

Sudbury Market in Sudbury, Massachusetts, part of the Roche Bros. chain, has Bumblebee Solid White Albacore Tuna on sale this week
for $1.00 per can. This is the lowest price I have seen in a few months. Sometimes other supermarkets will
sell this particular item for $1.00 a can, and I saw it once at $0.89 per can with a limit on the number
you can purchase. AMAZON is absolutely no place to buy tuna. All the cans are now 5.0 oz. of tuna per can,
and you can only compare Albacore to Albacore. All that other tuna…light…chunk…etc…. is barely good for cat food!
